Membership
2026 fees
Membership runs for the calendar year. Adult and junior members are welcome, and children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian. All riders and handlers must be financial members to take part in any event hosted by KEA.
Junior membership
$35 per year
For riders under 18, supervised by a parent or guardian.

Day membership
$15 per day
Try an event with us before you join.
- Up to three times in a calendar year
- After that, we ask you to pay the difference and become a full member
Lesson and clinic prices are not included in the membership price. Membership does not provide personal accident cover or insurance.
How to join

Step 1: Download the form
Download the 2026 membership form below.

Step 2: Complete both sides
Fill in your details and sign the image release and the general waiver (a parent or guardian signs for riders under 18).

Step 3: Pay by bank transfer
The bank details are on the form. Use your surname and 'M/Ship 2026' as the reference.

Step 4: Email it to us
Send the form and proof of payment to katanning-equestrian@hotmail.com.
Membership questions
Do I need to be a member to take part?
Yes. All riders and handlers must be financial members to participate in any event hosted by KEA. If you would like to try an event first, a day membership is $15, up to three times a year.
Can children join?
Yes. Junior membership is $35. Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian signs the waivers for riders under 18.
Are lessons included?
No. Lesson and clinic prices are not included in the membership price.
Does membership include insurance?
No. Membership with KEA does not provide personal accident cover or any insurance.
Why does the form ask about disciplines?
It helps the committee plan events that cater to our members' interests, so please tell us what you would like to do.
